Halloween is probably my favorite holiday of the year. The costumes, candy, house decorating, and pumpkin carving makes the Halloween season one which brings families together and allows our children to express their creative sides.
Anyone who knows me, also knows that I love movies. Before my son was born, my wife and I would go to the theater all the time – honestly, sometimes we’d get there and realize we’d already seen everything that was out.
Now that my son is born, although he’s still a bit too young to watch movies, I can’t wait to share my love of Halloween and movies with him. Below, I’ve highlighted five of my favorite family-friendly Halloween movies.
If you’re looking for something to do on a cool autumn evening with the family, try finding one of these movies on Netflix, whip up some pumpkin spiced drinks, pop some popcorn, and sit back and soak up the awesomeness that is the fall.
